"This guy is nothing short of AMAZING. First his communication and documentation is above the rest. It is refreshing to work with an UPWORK consultant who communicates at this level. Second - he commits with all his heart. There's no excuses. Mohamed is in when he says he's in. Again a change and refreshing difference from what you see. Mohamed came in to do Ruby but he was pulled in to do other aspects of the role. We are operating a division which is a start-up and things are not perfect, however Mohamed wears the best team spirit hat. He fills in efficiently where there are gaps, and he is flexible and nimble to work as needed given the changing priorities of a start-up. He would move to other projects without hesitation and keep a positive attitude.
