Hi there, my name is Jean. It will be a great pleasure if you give me the opportunity to work on your project as I am an experienced IT for more than 5 years. I started in the IT world as a Consultant/Answer Desk in Microsoft Windows Account for 9 months. There I learned how to troubleshoot Windows software issues like virus removal, fixing Windows update issues and PC tune-ups. After that, I worked as a Technical Support Professional II in HP-KV Account for more than 2 years. There I learned advanced software and hardware troubleshooting such as, uninstalling and reinstalling applications, drivers and devices and fixing laptop’s power, boot and performance issues with the help of tools and remote assistance. After working for 3 years in the BPO industry, I decided to work in an ITO company as a Technical Help Desk in MGM Resorts Account for almost 2 years. There we unlock and reset MGM employee’s account and password via Active Directory, Mlife, Kronos and Opera and also reset Citrix applications. Until now, I enjoy learning a lot and new things as an IT.
