"I've been on oDesk/upWork hiring freelancers for nearly 8 years. Great guy and loved the energy. Was very up happy with actual information provided and felt it was a total waste of money. I was late to our initial meeting and caught freelancer later than expected. This was an error on my part. When speaking with the freelancer I was disappointed to hear every answer start with 'ummmmm', 'geez I really don't know', and '...well I guess.' Freelancer is requesting $100.00 per hour in consultation. At the $100.00 per hour price point I really expected some solid answers and real help but it felt like talking to someone that heard about what I was asking about and that's not what I feel is acceptable, again, at that price point. Greatest guy in the world has great back screens/green screens, and winning personality. I just felt it was a waste of time regarding the specific questions I needed answered. Again we were pressed for time but I got the feeling like things were being stretched out and the 'good' information was going be come in the "next" meeting kind of thing. Canceled in the end."
