I have held various Human Resource Management roles from recruiting, staffing, generalist, payroll, benefits and everything in-between. As an HR manager, it's important to be able to communicate effectively to many different groups, maintain ethical standards of conduct, provide conflict resolution, and strong multitasking skills. I especially enjoy helping people navigate their careers and improve their businesses, whether it's helping them find their perfect candidate to setting up a functional department of people to improve the workforce efficiency. I started out my career in sales and then into corporate recruiting at a large company and decided to put my career on hold after having my third child. Focusing all of my attention on being a wife and mother to my 3 children has been my greatest joy and privilege. After having some time off, I re-entered the work world part time consulting with small businesses to help set up, organize, and establish their own HR department to manage their employees more effectively. I have lived both worlds and learned to find the balance between work and home. I learned my passion is helping bring people together and turning problems into solutions. I look forward to what is next!
