To get the challenging Position with in an organization where I could use my skills more professionally and efficiently and seek as the challenging position. I worked in a Call center or BPO industry for almost 9 yrs, handled US, UK, NZ and Australia campaigns for Inbound and Outbound. Handled Back Office, Customer Service, Collections and Sales accounts. When I started work from home I did some VA and Telemarketing projects, HR, Client and Account Management, with my previous Clients, been doing home based/ Freelancer for almost 3 year now. I used to be an Agent, Team Leader, Trainer/ Coach, and account Manager, Systems Admin, and Operations manager with my previous companies. I am a fast learner, self-motivated and hard working, I can work with minimal or no supervision but delivers well. I can say that my experience and expertise will be an asset to your organization.

"Seemed to be a ggod fit, however there were issues with showing up. Maybe the time difference had something to do with it. However, we had to teminate the agreement due to the freelancer having to call out frequently."
