Also, have working experience in USA-based Freight Forwarding and e-commerce company as a Shipping/Logistics Manager/Logistics coordinator. I have a worldwide agent network so that I can help with marketing good rates, doing freight operations and also overseeing documentation etc which might help to grow up your business and make your customer happy and satisfied. The primary duties are the following Positions: 01) Freight Operation. 02) Business Development. 03) Develop Agent networks World Wide 04) Customer Service. 05) Key Account Management. 06) Negotiations rate with Carriers, NVOCC and Co-Loaders 07) Carrier Management/Procurement 08) Monitoring Ocean and Air transport activities. 09) Planning and organization of goods deliveries in accordance with the company`s needs. 10) Work with overseas agents. 11) Handle Export/Import shipments both Sea and Air. 12) Documentation. 13) Submission of Shipping Instructions to shipping lines either manual or thru electronic. 14) Product Management. 15) Track the shipment status. 16) File AMS. 17) Handle GOH shipment 18) Follow SOP as per guidelines. 19) Coordinate with CFS/Warehouse Staff. 20) Handle Sea-Air, Air-Sea Transshipment. 21) Email handling.
