Over the years of professional development I gained excellent organisational and management skills working for international companies, running my own business and helping Business Owners to reach their business goals through effective planning, team management, communication and attention to details. For the past 2 years I was running my own company. I built a fitness bar chain located in Minsk (my home town). I consider this experience being my main competitive advantage now comparing to many other freelancers. Starting and running your own company requires developing a completely different mindset. Operations included 5 bars running simultaneously with over 20 employees working and tasks ranging from team management/training, stock control, product supply to accounting and legal administration. The chain of fitness bars was my first project which I sold recently. Previously I worked remotely as a Virtual Assistant / Project Manager for Vartopia and Altoros (US based IT companies), payever GmbH (Germany based) and KissMediaGroup (Canada based) companies. My main responsibilities included working closely with CEO`s and assisting them with day to day activities. I was helping with project planning, team management and communication, deadlines tracking and overviewing multiple tasks according to priority levels. I helped clients to meet their project deadlines, extend client base and strengthen relationships within the teams, assisted with winning new clients within the US and European markets and maintain mutually beneficial long term business relationships with them. A few years back I also worked as Venue Manager/Team Lead within hospitality industry for London`s leading chain of cocktail bars Be at One (B@1). I was responsible for managing teams up to 20 members of staff during the shift. I learned how to deal with difficult situations and people fast and efficient while delivering great customer service to clients. I have a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Advanced Diploma in Business Management and Masters Degree in Business Administrations specialising in Project Management from London School of Business and Finance.
