I have been working for more than 20 years in the aviation and tourism industry for several airlines and companies in very diverse areas and functions, both in airports and commercial offices.
Some of the positions that I have held and tasks that I have performed are the following:
1. Cabin attendant (national and international flights)
2. Air traffic assistant at airports (passenger check-in, boarding and disembarking processes, contingency management, baggage claims, operations, ticket and services sales)
3. Sales and Customer Service executive at commercial offices
4. Inside Sales and service of wholesale operators
5. Training of employees in new procedures and reservation systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Naviter)
6. HR assistant and analyst for a team of more than 100 employees
7. In charge of issuing vacation tickets for all the employees
8. Organizer of events for employees and clients
9. Facilitator of in-company workshops
10. Freelance travel agent
Aviation is an exciting industry that symbolically represents the connection between people, cultures, the world.
It is a very challenging space that invites me to develop my potential to the fullest, has given me the possibility to learn countless skills, be in permanent contact with people from all over the world, make incredible trips.
I am also a transcriptionist.
My writing average is 95 words per minute.
I learned typing at the age of 12; this tipe of task has been present throughout my working life.
I am also developing my final degree project in the Bachelor of Psychology at the University of the Republic in Uruguay and have been a member of the Uruguayan Ecopsychology Center team since 2017 - exclusive representative of the International Ecopsychology Society in our country - where I was trained as an "Ecotuner" and collaborated as a facilitator of various educational proposals.
