"Mary conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and competency in her tasks and her interaction with the team. From day one she has been accommodating, easy to talk to, has good listening skills and has shown high levels of empathy while relating with the staff and the clients. The team had a lot of positive feedback in regards to their time spent together with her, they reported that she was quite welcoming and that she was not just interested in listening but in solving the presenting problems where she could."
