I draw on my experience and education in the Social Sciences to communicate effectively and understand complex interpersonal issues within the workplace. I have an acute eye for detail, demonstrated through my thorough work in maintaining an HRIS for 170+ employees, creating, editing, and implementing new yearly handbooks, and conducting AAP and OSHA reports. I specifically love to work with small to mid-size businesses to catapult their business by ensuring all Human Resources requirements are met. I believe by partnering with senior leadership directly, the value of HR is able to be seen clearly and undiluted.
