I am a professional content writer who has over 10 years of experience. I took a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a registered nurse in 2010 (with a passing rate of 81.80). I graduated as a Cum Laude and was awarded the Top 3 best in the Intensive Care Unit. I earned a grade of 1.20 (93) in both Communication Arts and Skills Course 1 and 2. I also had the same grade in my Rhetoric course. I started working as a customer representative. I have more than three years of experience at the time of this writing. I'm familiar with Intercom, one of the premier platforms for customer service today. The key strengths that I possess include: - Effective writing skills in the English language - Impeccable research skills to gather all needed information and turn them into unique and engaging content - Undying passion for continued excellence and have a strong drive for going beyond mediocrity I'm also open to improving myself and gaining new experiences as needed to be better equipped for the job.
