"We knew in the interview Hutch was a keeper. Initially, we brought him on to help out with the customer support but quickly saw the potential in him. Within a few months, he was helping to hire and train new support team members. In total 7 people were trained by Hutch on our product which is complex by nature. He was able to deliver the training in a way that wasn't overwhelming for new people while still keeping a fast onboarding pace as we were scaling the business. Part of his leadership role was to help set up systems and a knowledgebase for team members to keep them informed of the constantly changing features and functionality that was being built. We wish him all the best on his new business which I am sure will be a success. From all the family at Marsello you will be missed and look forward to crossing paths in the future."
