Service Desk Analyst and Technical IT Support

I'm a 41-year-old man with experience in BPO and have since July 2012 worked at CGI Philippines doing 1st Line Technical IT Support in a Call Center. For about a year I have also been working with 1st Line SAP both for Statoil Norway. I have also been involved with training new joiners as an Academy Agent, where I would teach required skills and processes. Working at the Service Desk abroad has through collaboration and problem solving of various IT issues, given me a greater insight into the computer world. My involvement together with other cultures has also been a great experience and this has also increased my appetite for new international challenges. I work well in teams but also alone. I am independent, and have a good work ethic. I have good health, I’m reliable and punctual. I focus on quality rather than quantity and make an effort to give more than what is expected I am open, inclusive and welcoming and bring for my work a good mood and a friendly attitude. I’m a fast learner and would like to continue a career in IT Support and customer service.
