I worked under the customer service field for 12 years. With that, I had been adept when dealing with different people and how to communicate effectively. Before working under a contact center, I had worked as a service crew in one of the largest fast-food companies in the Philippines - Jollibee Foods Corporation as a service crew while I was completing my bachelor's degree that also trained me in dealing with people on a personal level. My vision is to always be better. To uplift my skills and learn from the bests. While waiting tables and studying I knew that time that I will become better. Now, I work with one of the biggest financial firms in the U.S.A as a telephone banker, I am currently assigned under Business Banking. My current roles include: - I am adept with everyday banking (including transaction inquiries, online banking technical support, customer claims support) - I am also part of the training team for newly hired bankers as a Coach - I manage large amounts of incoming phone calls - I handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
