Through this analysis I have promoted higher revenue streams from registration, found $300,000 in cost-savings for my department, and started new protocols to ensure that data streams across the organization are easily accessible and can promote further positive action. I have also created and overseen events from start to finish, including arranging speakers, building and managing budgets, as well as engage in customer service assistance with current and prospective registrants, and manage vendor relationships. These experiences assist in the event creation as I am intimately aware of the needs of various stakeholders in each event.
