I am the lead Architect & Director of Architecture within a creative Design and Build company. The company 'Insideout' strives for design from within, combining an essential drive for sustainability and improved quality of life with design. Focussing on our fundamental design principles, we have developed the brand into something quite special with numerous Health and Lifestyle based products and developments on the horizon.
Graphic Design is my second passion in design and I have developed an extensive portfolio of Logo designs, banners, promotional items, company branding, and more, so please do get in touch if this is something you are looking for.
I worked for Broadway Malyan for several years, seeing my Part 1, 2, 3 qualifications, and time after that gain me an excellent understanding of the company, sectors, and the abundance of information available to learn from. Through this continued level of development and learning I have been able to acquire an extensive portfolio of experience in mixed-use developments, residential projects varying from villas to city towers/blocks, and masterplanning projects.
In recent years I have enjoyed focussing on conceptual architecture and energy harnessing solutions while working on large residential schemes predominantly in the UK. I am lucky enough to have had experience in a number of other countries and have familiarity with EU regulations, American and Irish too.
I am a creative individual having won several awards and nominations for my latest conceptual project/animation on ‘The London Space Elevator’, a concept that would completely transform the ease and costs associated with satellite positioning and space exploration, which has been discussed in the AJ Magazine.
I am the companies primary photographer for schemes in and around London, with several additional services I offer to aid business as a whole. I am confident in the knowledge I have gained in practice and design, with the skills essential for managing time, finance and creating and aiding structured businesses.
I see architecture as a discipline that entitles me as a designer to appreciate every aspect of a project. Architecture experiments with presumptions over convention, sustainability, and the economy while impacting on a scope that affects all of society. It is the prospect of a career in this industry that challenges these questions and that is a dream for a creative person such as myself.
My experience in Practice has allowed me to work on numerous projects spanning concept to completion, from large residential projects to detail and conceptual design. Working for a large firm in central London has enabled me to experience and tackle a wide variety of projects of differing scales.
I am proficient in almost all Autodesk and Adobe products, taking pride in every aspect of my work, however big or small, striving to deliver the best level of professionalism and design.

"Tom produced excellent 3d renderings of the development using elevations & site plans. He chose excellent angles and was able to turn the project around within a week including 4 revisions. Images are great for the intended use and Tom even provided additional angles that proved to be useful. Would recommend."
