Writing

So, to start, my name is Alison, and I write. A lot. Often times about random ideas I have. Sometimes about some thoughts I have. Seldom about school assignments, and I'm still in school. That should give you an idea about how much I write. I worked in retail before and met lots of interesting people. Parents were scurrying around their kids, workers scurrying around grandmas. The rich dressing in rags, and the poor dressing in designer while arguing for a $5 discount. I worked as a concierge. Saw plenty of rich people that I had assumed to be nasty and rude but were actually very nice. I received more pleases and thank yous than I did working in retail. I worked as a teacher's assistant, had a lot of fun teaching the bright minds of tomorrow. I have met a lot of people during my jobs. Old and young. Rich and poor. Annoying and slightly less annoying. I have learnt how to talk to people, specifically on how to get out of sticky situations. I didn't get fired for not using the staff entrance. I didn't get fired for forgetting how to reserve a BBQ pit. I didn't get fired for accidentally telling a kid that Santa isn't real. I know now you're probably wondering, "Why should I hire you? It just sounds like you're bad at your job".  Well, the answer is simple. You've just sat here and read 200 words about me. And you're still here, meaning my words got you engaged. Therefore I submit to you my abilities to help engage your audience to buy whatever you're selling.

"The assignment was a blog post about a very specific question, but the tips are way too general to be helpful on this specific question plus there was a lot of repetition of the same tips just under a new header. She delivered the article very fast and communication was good, but I'm looking for something else in a writer."
