I'm the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Anga, a holding of selfmanaged and remote companies, as well as a venture investing firm. In Grupo Anga, I've undertook different challenges, such as founding being CEO of Qura, an editorial business focused on management and leadership content, and founding and being C-level in Tribo, an international change management and leadership training consultancy. On my current role as COO, I lead Finance, HR, Organizational Design and Technology for the holding company, directly serving 6 companies and more than 100 people. My main skills are in: - Developing and implementing management systems, especially promoting autonomy and responsibility - Deciding for, implementing and automating remote work platforms - Leading teams and developing leadership skills in people - Implementing workflow systems and bots for remote work - Developing HR systems for remote companies. - Consolidating databases and creating dashboards for data-driven decision making. Since transitioning to the role of COO, the gross margins of our company improved by 30 p.p., and our revenue improved by 40%, at the same time that our employee NPS improved by 10 points. We are recognized as one of the best so-called "teal companies" in Brazil. Being a remote-first and selfmanaged company I decided to move to Boston, where I can support my wife's pursuit of a Master's Degree.
