"Ganesan started well on our first milestone. But later on delivery slipped and milestones were never delivered on time. He might have skills but if deadlines are not met then skills are of no use. I had assigned 2 very small tasks - one took entire one and half day to import data from CSV to MySQL - which was never delivered completely. and then one small UI screen to update one field in database. This also didn't got delivered as per time agreed."

"He told 2gb file want to import in db but he send 1gb and 34gb file want to import that is the problem..he want very fast milestone deliver but more coding work there..if he give time 24 hrs for every milestone, i definitely deliver..but he want urgent with 2-3 hrs time frame ie the problem"
