"I ordered a complete guide of 10000 words about caring for plants. However, there were A LOT of mistakes in the guide. There was a lot of misinformation about plants which lead to me rewriting half of the guide. Before writing the whole guide, I asked if she was able to write the guide about plants. If she had enough knowledge about plants and she answered with a 'YES". Don't make promises you can't keep."

"It wasn't a pleasant experience working with Diana in our last milestone when she decided to overcharge us in her payment request without informing us beforehand. She could have kindly asked for a bonus and we would have approved it because of the great article piece she did for us. As the overcharged amount was in cents, we obliged willingly. When we sought clarifications to understand why the overcharge was made, her responses threw us off, citing reasons such as avoiding the hassle of calculations and bonus of a few cents. By not being upfront about her request, we are unable to continue working with her and concluded the contract thereafter."

The project was meant to attract readers by engaging them and getting them to what many people don't deem important when they're busy (sleep). Educating people on the importance of resting even when they're too busy is paramount. People need those self-improvement contents to help them evaluate their life. I delivered the content in an engaging and creative way. Use of friendly but educative voice was a strategy I used to get people to read the content and get the knowledge without getting bored.
