Hi, my name is JC I took up a bachelor of science in Management Accounting at the Western Institute of Technology. My 5 years, experience as a customer service rep from one of the biggest cable providers here in the Philippines has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. I have developed my strong problem-solving skill, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals, and polished my communication skills. Manager in helping the agency on acquiring a client as well. It is a Program with FedEx that saves businesses with their overnight & international shipping. I also had an experience with digital marketing based in California for commercial cleaning services for over a year. Currently, I'm working as a data and web researcher for National Research Restaurant. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, being a team player. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment so right now I’m looking for a bigger challenge, and an opportunity to apply my experience and problem-solving skills.
