"Although I'm happy with the logo I received at the end, I found the process not clear. I had the impressions of not being listened in a couple of occasions, which made everything frustrating. At a certain moment I clearly show that the logo provided was almost identical to another one in my country, i was then expecting something completely changed which didn't happened and I had to provide new ideas. What personally disappointed me the most is that when i received my logo I was expecting for having them ready for social medias which wasn't the case. I intentionally picked a designer with a higher price/hour, but unfortunately the service was not as expected."
