"I did edit and proofread the work before submitting the first draft to the client. The client only complained about the format being messy on her laptop when she opened it. According to her, she said, "I just read the document and it appears ok, but the formatting is messy?" which I believe is because she uses an old version of Microsoft word. I went ahead to convert it to pdf and she didn't say anything thereafter. I do not understand where the editing problem is coming from when I actually make sure I edit and proofread all my works before submitting them. I did not get to this stage doing mediocre and incomplete works!!!"
