"Vadym and Skynix were unable to follow our contract terms, so we were forced to stop cooperation. The manager Vladyslava was extremely aggressive, non-cooperative, and created problems in communication for both sides, instead of helping and being constructive. Vadym himself was probably an OK developer, but we didn't have a chance to find out because of the Skynix agency."

"I do not recommend working with this client. In simple words: THEY WANT DEVELOPERS TO WORK FOR FREE. The broader story is like this. They do not pay for any kind of setup, getting known with the projects/tasks, or the communication (communication inside their team is a total mess, by the way). I spent the whole week of honest work for them, and they paid only for 7 hours. This is ridiculous, and a very negative experience. The setup is complicated: their projects involve many custom functionality and tools, which make the setup very long. Communication with them is definitely a hard time: they have a very complex system, explained in the FAQ, which they mention all the time - but the FAQ confuses even more. Ah, yeah, forgot to mention - of course they do not pay you for reading their FAQ. If I tried to ask them to provide me with any credentials, clarify the requirements, give me another task, approve time, etc. - I always had to wait a lot, and that time wasn't paid. They redirected me from one channel to another, from one person to another, assigned many calls, and initiated many long conversations, which were not paid at all. Additionally, to back themselves up, they do the communication in Discord, not through Upwork, and that had given the the chance to threaten me with leaving bad review on Upwork... No money is worth working with this client. To whom it may concern: please be aware."
