I have built from the ground up and managed twelve divisions of Roseland Information Company. Over 200 people simultaneously have worked under me in these divisions -- approximately 80+ developers working on various teams and projects, several project managers, and dozens of data specialists. I developed the systems and workflow that we use to collect, manage, and convert raw data into well-structured information ready for use in data products (subscriptions) and algo-and-AI-generated written content. To make this happen, I designed the development of applications needed to implement the streamlined and scalable workflow, and I successfully project managed the development of these applications so that they are now central to the company's operations. One application handles the full workflow from data collection to client deliverable, including all project management and internal communication and even payroll tracking. The other application organizes data and converts it into written content that is sold to clients for their use. I'm exceptionally competent at what I do. I work independently and work well in teams. People working under me respect me and, accordingly, are highly motivated to do their best at what they do. Additionally, I personally am very responsive to the interests and needs of my managers (CEO and COO, in my case), and also of investors and clients. The person who pays me is the person who has the last say in what I do, and I do whatever I can to make that happen in the best and most profitable way possible. I'm disciplined, reliable, intelligent, easy to work with, and professional. I'm a problem-solver who is expert at identifying problems, articulating them clearly, and then providing original solutions. You can think of me like a business consultant. I'll identify inefficiencies in your operation, weak spots in your internal communication, organization, etc., and I will propose concrete solutions that, when implemented, will improve your company's profitability. And I can implement those solutions, too. Also, as you can see from my work history, I have also spent some time on the side as a hobby working in areas related to philosophy, writing and editing. I enjoy doing that, and I'm open to doing that sort of work occasionally on a short-term basis. I’m a graduate student who has been cultivating her writing, proofreading, and editing skills since the age of thirteen, through papers, applications, emails, and everything in between. I’ve won awards for my writing, both in the academic setting as well as for more casual writing like blog posts. I spent my free time during the early pandemic working on writing and editing my own book, all while reading more books than anyone really should. As a former philosophy major and law student, I know how to firmly and convincingly get my point across in my writing, and I’d love to help you do so too!Academic Research
