Any valid reimbursement claims are being filed manually after careful investigation to minimize unfavorable losses from inventory. Accountant I am responsible for General Accounting, Payroll Processing & Financial Management using Xero. This includes financial forecast, IRS compliance, pooling of investors, and computing risk assessment. I review the logistic flow to ensure all charges are done and that the company gets the best rates from 3PL warehouses and logistics partners. I also compute the Profit Margins, ROI, and Breakeven Points during Product Sourcing. SEO Specialist Whenever a new product is added as part of our Inventory, I will thoroughly review the product through websites, vlogs, and other e-commerce platforms. This helped me decide on how to properly choose a style of presenting the product in the market with an upper hand over our competitors, I do this through comprehensive competitor research, considering all those who made it to the first page as our potential competitors. After listing our potential competitors, I use a tool such as Helium10 or Junglescout to extract the backend keywords that made their listing successful. Any useful keywords will also benefit our product listings by reviewing the highest monthly search volume and sharing with the traffic. After selecting the keywords we can use for our listing, I manually create content with the five most important highlights of the product. I maximize the character count of the title, bullet points, product descriptions, and as many keywords as possible. After a successful listing creation, I review the effectiveness through reviewing sales performance and checking the backend keywords that ranked organically, this is what we call 'listing optimization,' adding more keywords as necessary and improving the content (including images) to elaborate the product even more. Team Management Understanding the e-commerce system from Accounting, Logistics, Product Sourcing, Replenishment, SEO, and Account Health & Inventory Management and being the longest team member, I was also assigned to look after my teammates with their tasks.
