I arrived at Accenture on July 2016 to be a rater in the ‘Honey Badger’ Project. My task was to analyse information on pages that exist in a famous social network. With time, I was upgraded to the trainer position within the same project. A few months later, I became the training lead in Buenos Aires. My responsibilities included everything related to training; from getting in touch with the Global Training Lead in Manila, attending calls with the client, analysing the various policies they released and providing feedback, designing the training materials, delivering the training sessions, monitoring the raters and creating the reports that showed their progress, etc. Later, Accenture decided to move the project to the Costa Rica centre due to budget matters, so I was sent as the main trainer to teach the new employees the policies needed to work. The experience was amazing, though full of challenges and unexpected issues. Nevertheless, I could overcome those difficulties successfully and the feedback I received mirrors the work I did. I consider myself a person who characterizes as a learner in the first place. I have also developed very critical thinking and problem-solving skills because those are abilities that need to be very well mastered to efficiently achieve goals in many fields, I have worked in. What is more, as I have dealt with several types of personalities, my people skills have also become quite refined with time. I enjoy working with people and the differences that make us all unique and special.
