Throughout my experience, I have gained valuable insight and a solid understanding of the important role that Customer Service Representative plays in an organisation. My active listening, communication and mediation skills have been critical on more than one occasion. I have worked with customers to maintain relationship, resolve disputes and escalated issues. The approach I take to dealing with conflict is unique in that I combine listening with negotiation to understand the customer's perspective. Acknowledgement must always come before up-selling. I can then highlight a product's strengths to maintain business and regain satisfaction. I am patient, professional and able to learn about a product quickly. I will care for your customers. I am reliable, diligent and a team player who can work with minimal supervision. You can always count on me to show up on time and remain dependable throughout my shift.
