Most animators on Upwork are terrible, and you get what you pay for, so if you're a real business with a real budget, looking for quality, I'd love to help! My 5 steps to create an amazing explainer video- 1) Budget and Project Specs. "How much?" and "How long?". You're going to get a million low budget offers. There will be people saying they can make explainer videos for $500. This is impossible for quality work, no matter where you live. A quality, 60 second explainer video should cost anything from $5000+ but this is where we define how much you want to spend, and what's actually possible with that. I've got a huge list of incredible work from all over the world, and I'll share some examples of what kind of work would fit your budget. 2) Script. The most important part of an explainer video is the script. We need to get everything you want to say about your business, and then I'll condense it in to a clever script, with ideas about how it's going to all flow together in a video. 3) Storyboard. We now match each line of script in to a scene, and roughly layout all the animation ideas and figure out how to transition between them. 4) Illustration and Style Frames. This is where you get to see what the end product may look like. We take a few of the most important frames from the storyboard, and fully illustrate and design them in to a few still images. Once you're happy with the frames, then I start to illustrate every scene, character and object. 5) Animation. This is often the longest stage, and where everything comes to life. Characters start to move, dots begin to dance, scenes begin to flow together. Eventually, after a lot of hard work, you end up with a video that you love. I've got a 100% feedback record and love my clients. I am pretty choosy who I work with and want clients that are truly excited about their videos and want them to be special.
