I've been working in IT sphere since 2010. Official part started in 2012. It was "Junior System Engineer" position in Paritetbank. Then, in 2016, I was invited for work in Payment service as "Senior System Engineer". Since 2020 I’ve been working in Redtrack Technologies Ltd. It was a step to be closer to development and I’ve started deep dive into DevOps methodology. Docker: Docker everywhere. For now, it’s most used technology. It saves time, super scalable and lightweight. I have experience with Docker SWARM (in production) and Kubernetes (not production env). Can support all cycle of creating docker service from Dockerfile to creating service roles with update (rolling update) policies. Virtualization: VmWare ecosystem. VmView, VDS, VmCloudDirector. All in one. Installation, distributing and support. Cloud platforms: AWS. Work with EC2, LB, Route53, S3 etc. CI/CD: I am working with Drone CI. It has many plugins inside and super easy to integrate with GitHub, GitLab and etc. IaaS: Ansible. I chose it and not regret. I am using it for everything: systems updates, contributing, docker deploy. Super powerful tool in chain with Docker. Logging systems: ELK + Loki. Different types of aggregators. I’m using ELK like log collector from docker services (where needs something more than grep) and Loki for simple grepping aggregated logs from distributed systems. OS task automation + integrations: I have been working with large family of OS’s and majority of them had bash inside, for integrations I’m used to using python. I have scriptwriting skills with Bash\Python. Database administration: I have been working with SQL, PL/SQL, CQL and NoSQL. There are MariaDB(MySQL), PostgreDB, Clickhouse, OracleDB, ScyllaDB and MongoDB. Scaling, replication, sharding and backuping of it. Hardware: I was working with hardware too as datacenter engineer. There were compute\networking\storage\ hyperconvergence systems. HPE and Cisco ecosystems. Monitoring systems: Zabbix + Prometheus(+Grafana). I’m used to working with dual monitoring system. Deep analytic shows bottle necks. I’m using Zabbix for hardware monitoring and collecting system metrics. Prometheus + Grafana are super flexible and good for anything – good for services metrics collecting. High loaded systems: I love to work with heavy load products. It gives you opportunity to tune everything hardware\software\scaling. I was working with vast loaded systems and it had 99,99% uptime. Distributed systems: Multi-datacenter engineering. Global wide systems. Latency control. Etc.
