Lastly, I've worked with Insurance Company as a customer associate but this time we are the ones who called the companies to ensure that the members are enrolled, updated or terminated as requested by the group. In this field, we are not allowed to make mistakes since this is one of the largest and sensitive account to handle. We always make sure that we submit the data and reports on time and checked first before submitting it. Overall, one way to make a good customer service is to make sure it was concise, understandable and resolved the customers queries in appropriate time.
