As a former student of the Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade (high school for gifted students talented in natural sciences) and the University of Belgrade, I was able to obtain a thorough background in Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics as well as eagerness for constant learning and proving myself. I have always striven towards many extracurricular activities and additional education that can expand my knowledge and personal qualities. That included, among other activities, attending the Petnica International Science Center. Petnica is a research center intended for gifted high school students with great aspirations to broaden their knowledge and learn about research. While attending Petnica, I completed a research project License Plate Recognition that combined different techniques in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. I loved working on this project and, from that point, I started learning more about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and, consequently, I won several awards in ML programming competitions and developed a few projects on my own.
