I handled many complaints on hotels, flights, activities, car rentals, packages, refunds, and missed bookings. I received many comments like "you did an amazing job," "finally I'm talking to a human," or "you were the only one who could solve my problem," and, because of that, my boss allowed me to be a support team leader. My ability to learn fast also helped me understand property management basics to support once a week with programs like Appfolio, Asana, and DropBox.
