My name is Alex, and I am a UW-Madison graduate with a BS in Graphic Design. I grew up making art and music, which are two things that have remained central to my life and give me a deep passion for creativity. I am constantly on the lookout for new and exciting projects in which I can push the boundaries of my creativity and experience. I may describe myself as an artistic type, but I have a deep appreciation for science and math, as they are the foundation of the world we live in. This is strongly reflected in the way I work, as I try to attribute a purpose to every element of my compositions, and often draw inspiration from nature and our view of it through science. As for my experience, I held a graphic design internship at IH Concepts over the summer of 2022, in which I gained on-site experience with professional designers, further knowledge of the design process and tools, and experience with customer interactions. I have been actively using Adobe products throughout my college career, and have been sketching and painting for about 15 years, giving me advanced knowledge of concepts such as value, color, perspective, and composition. More than anything else, I love a project that will allow me to draw from my many passions, and will provide a challenging opportunity for me to push my technical skills to their limits and beyond.
