This past January, I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology. Since completing my undergrad, I have recorded and engineered the following records at UNO’s Studio 381; Cole Kempcke Experiment by Cole Kempcke, Amsterdam by Bad Self Portraits, Fear of Missing Out by Bad Self Portraits, and Frequencies by Fission Quartet. These projects were recorded over the past two years due to the Covid-19 Pandemic cutting my in person courses short my first year at UNO. Nevertheless, I am very proud of what I’ve accomplished in that short amount of time and I find these recordings to be great examples of my audio engineering work. While finishing my degree at UNO, I have worked as a Sound Technician for UNO School of Music, Guitar Instructor for Sing Omaha Studios, and recently a Sound Program Intern at Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts. During this time I was also secretary and vice president of the Student led UNO COMP Club where we had DIY Electronics Workshops, Omaha Theater Tours, and lectures on topics from Music Distribution to Field Recordings. In addition to this, I played in UNO’s Combo 1 and Jazz 1 ensembles and had the opportunity to perform some of my original compositions abroad in Spring of 2023. Since earning my bachelors from UNO, I have gained 31.3k followers on TikTok posting music related content. While uploading on a weekly basis, I have honed my video editing and audio mixing craft. This has led me to partnerships/sponsor videos with the following companies: Hologram Electronics, GetGood Drums, Collision Devices, Oneder Effects, and D'Addario.
