As a seasoned Business and Technology Professional, I have over 15 years of experience in business analysis, solution analysis, and consulting, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). I understand the critical importance of IAM/ PAM in addressing risks and challenges such as lack of visibility, over-provisioning of privileges, shared accounts and passwords, hard-coded/ embedded credentials, decentralized credential management, and the expanding privileged attack surface. As a Business Analyst with expertise in IAM/PAM space, I have a deep understanding of the need for effective PAM solutions and the impact of siloed identity management tools and processes.
With my innovative solutions, creativity, and passion for IAM, I can help business mitigate these risks and stay ahead of the curve.

This work includes among others, Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments, Executive Cybersecurity Education, as well as technology risk and data governance. My role requires engaging business and technology subject matter experts to gather requirements and validating the solution to ensure business requirements fully met. Whilst working in ING Bank, I have supported and delivered various IAM/PAM related initiatives such as “streamlining” the process of application onboarding to provision access to new users and deprovisioning access for former employees via SailPoint, Application onboarding on CyberArk, enable Single Sign on and Multi-Factor Authentication capability, and build an excel based tool to provide an automated view of Authorization design matrix for a risk callout to capture low level permissions of all asset components including all Infra components of all the SoX applications within ING ecosystem.
Prior to this, I was part of Identity transformation program at Telstra introducing a foundational capability (enabler) utilizing the PING Identity Stack for the broader Digitization program. Whilst working on these positions, I see delivering supporting and validating functional and non-functional business requirements pertaining to User Signup, Login, Password Recovery, MFA and Password Forgotten flows for the applications accessed by customers, agents, internal staff, and partners (B2B applications). Actively engaged in Authorization solution implementation using RBAC and ABAC model.
