Procurements Management: Managing the procurements for the whole of the State Bank of Pakistan which are the capital and revenue nature by following the Public Procurement Rules and international best practices. Managing Contracts with Vendors: Most of the repair & maintenance is done through contracts with the vendors which we call Service Level Agreements. the contract management includes looking after the services provided by the vendors and managing their regular payments.
