My TC style sticks to the basic principles of any smooth real estate transaction. By adhering to checklists that cater to each specific transaction (buyer, seller, short-sale, land, contingency, etc) I am able to motorize the pesky steps that bog down your day. What plagues your most productive marketing and strategizing hours of the day, is my bread and butter. I am negotiable on the level of involvement you prefer from a independent contractor, and always work for a limited amount of clients through their preferred platform to ensure complete privacy and data safety. With this in mind, I always counsel new clients on the measures I take to protect their business like it is my own- because it is! Although unorthodox, I like to also share my biggest pet-peeve in the industry: overbooking Brokers! Yes. I said it. My day is spent in communication with many other Transaction Coordinators that do not have a sufficient grasp, nor heading on the many clients they took on.
