Principal Accountabilities: 1. Bookkeeping & Financial Accounting Responsible for the Accounting Transactions. Execute Accounting for all areas such as booking invoices, expenses, salaries, banks, sales, inventories and fixed assets, banks / payable accounts / receivables accounts reconciliations. Responsible to deliver monthly closed trial balances. Ensuring data accuracy and fulfilling the deadlines established. Able to prepare financial management reports. Develop and maintain financial data bases. Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process. 2. Funds Management Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements. Maintain banking relationships Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure Recommend appropriate Payment issuance, based on historical patterns and expected cash flows. 3. Taxation & Payroll Management Registration and DE-registration of VAT with HMRC after calculating required current threshold. Preparation and timely submission of Quarterly, Annually VAT Returns. Preparation and submission of Self Assessments. Preparation and electronically submission of Payrolls to HMRC. Record keeping of payrolls (PAYE, National Insurance, Pension) etc. 4. Budgeting Manage the preparation of the company's budget. Report to clients on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances. Assist clients in the formulation of its overall strategic direction. 5. Financial Analysis Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company. Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to client. Engage in benchmark studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement. Interpret the company's financial results to client and recommend improvement activities. Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.Bookkeeping
