To do so, I need to have frequent communications between multiple stakeholders, such as internal departments (TA, HR, OPS, IT, Training, QA, others), and also external stakeholders (client’s project managers or other clients’ vendors or representatives). I have to constantly handle different databases for the multiple types of the KPIs we deal with, analyze the information, display it in dashboards and reports, then deliver forecast and performance presentations to the multiple stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, I consider it most important to have a clear work structure and plan. Working with high amounts of data and having to handle multiple communications between different stakeholders can easily derail our processes or results in a very significant way. So implementing action plans and tasks based on this clear work structure and plan, is the pillar for a good day of work and long term success. In each professional environment I get involved, I basically set two goals: becoming a high performer, and growing within the company. I have achieved high performance through being organized, by becoming a self learner, and being efficient and effective with the use of my resources. I have reached growth in the company through good communication, accepting new challenges, and trying to not be complacent or remain constantly in a comfort zone. If I had to describe my best professional qualities, I would say I’m highly organized; when handling data one needs to know what, how, and where everything is. Also I’m highly self motivated and really independent; this quality is needed while working with data, because there are intense moments of focus, determination and alone work with the information.
