When COVID hit in 2020, I was able to successfully transition the brand from a regional offering to a national offering by growing sales through multiple e-commerce channels and launching nationwide shipping. While demand for the brand has never wavered, I decided it would be best for me to shut down my facility and pursue a new path. In addition to bootstrapping my own CPG brand over the last 6 years, I also designed, built, and operated my own bar/restaurant as well as a fully licensed manufacturing facility. Along with my other responsibilities, I also handled all licensing, oversight, and management of over 14 employees on any given shift. I have deep understanding of what it takes to run a "well oiled machine". My expertise includes the full spectrum of administrative functions such as P&L management, expense tracking, scheduling, employee oversight, procurement, corporate communications, C-Suite level relationship development, trend forecasting and contract negotiation.
