In this role I also learned basic office concepts and procedures from performing daily tasks, such as printing disclosure, handling and maintaining files, and assisting the public by answering all incoming calls. My schooling, as well as my work with the Government of Alberta, has given me strong legal knowledge. Working with the Government of Alberta also gave me the tools to succeed in working independently and as a team. I have also gained very strong skills in Microsoft office suite, as shown by my ability to draft correspondence, effectively work in outlook, and create various spreadsheets in Excel.
