I caught the Traction EOS bug myself while implementing EOS for a client. I’m now a huge fan and believe if you don’t already view your business through the lens of EOS or something similar to it, you’re missing out. It’s a great way to level up your team and business! ⚜ WHY WORK WITH ME ⚜ I have hands-on operational experience across a variety of functional roles. People usually don’t know what to make of this, and label me a “generalist”. I kinda like that, and see it as my secret sauce… the ability to sit down with accountants, in-house counsel, tech teams, sales and marketing folks, customer support teams… and just build trust by getting into their world–it’s fun work for me. I equally enjoy stepping away from the details to jump into a strategic sparring or planning session with senior leaders. I love problem solving. All this begins to make more sense considering I started and spent the bulk of my career in management consulting, working across a mix of industry sectors to drive business and technology transformation for my clients. My first real taste of entrepreneurship occurred in 2013 when I acquired a content marketing agency in the UK, and relocated the business to the US. A year later, I co-founded a digital consultancy in Dallas/TX to serve clients with their Salesforce CRM and cloud adoption journey. I exited both ventures in 2018.
