I am an advisor, facilitator and coach. I help business owners get what they want from their business. I have worked for business owners all my life. My father and all four of my grandparents were entrepreneurs. Over the past 25 years, I have worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, owners and their leadership teams to achieve some of their most important objectives and solve some of their biggest problems. I started my career as a credit analyst at a large national bank. After graduating from business school, I became an advisor and investment banker with a focus on helping growing family-owned and privately held companies acquire other businesses and raise capital. I became an EOS implementer when I realized many of my best clients were running on EOS. I started my advisory practice in 2018. In addition to teaching EOS to leadership teams, I teach the Value Acceleration Methodology to owners – a process modernized by the Exit Planning Institute. I am a problem solver and connector. Please let me know if there is ever anything that I can do for you. Commercial property owners and investors (and/or business owners) often need to obtain a valuation when considering selling a property or purchasing a new one. A formal appraisal can take time and range in cost from $2K to $25K, with an average expense of $4,000. A quick and less expensive way to get a valid valuation is to have a CRE professional perform a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), sometimes also called a Broker Price Opinion (BPO). The average expense for this option is $750. As a CRE advisor I've performed many BOV's on industrial and multifamily properties, and the process I use also applies to office, land, and retail properties. My profile will show that I have also provided business valuations as an adjunct to my CRE business. I've only used Upwork a few times, and have only posted examples of brief valuations, but I have also performed more comprehensive assessments and use Excel templates and valuation software. I live in southeastern PA, but can provide remote valuations if given the proper financial information. Contact me to discuss your needs - I welcome the opportunity to assist you. More about me: I have over 40 years experience in business development in various industries, and entered into CRE in 2016. I have a BS in Mineral Economics from Penn State, and an MBA Marketing from Lehigh University. I also hold the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation from the National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAREA). My work is driven by the belief that the client comes first, last, and always, and my personal core values are respect, integrity, and personal/professional growth.Business Valuation
