I offer plans ranging from fairly basic plans that are about 20 pages in length and made in Microsoft Word to putting together visually impactful and professionally designed plans using Adobe InDesign which, when trying to raise capital from investors, can really highlight the professionalism of your business and attention to detail. I have been responsible for the development and growth of a number of businesses and managed projects within these businesses. I have produced financial models and business plans that assisted in securing investments of more than $1M in seed money for small businesses showing little to no revenue. I have managed projects of for start-up companies, political campaigns/fundraisers, educational consultancies and technology companies. I have consulted with businesses in developing alternate revenue sources and strategically planning pivots in business models. I also produce market feasibility studies for companies, performing in-depth research into a local market, and evaluating the company's overall ability to perform successfully in that market. These studies are typically longer in length and more detailed in scope than a business plan. That said, the synergism between both a comprehensive business plan and a market feasibility study cannot be understated. In terms of crowdfunding work, I have run a Regulation-CF Equity Crowdfund and am familiar with the Reg-A+ Crowdfund as well. I am currently involved in launching other crowdfunding campaigns as well for clients. I am a multi-state licensed pharmacist who has worked in or worked with the pharmaceutical industry for almost seven years. I also have a background in education in the higher learning environment.
