When hiring, it is understandable that there are many unknowns when determining the perfect candidate. I want to introduce myself to you, I am Drisan, who has been in professional IT for over 12 years. I have a strong background in achievements and hard work; this stems from my lengthy football career that provided a means for education and an opportunity to achieve a childhood dream, playing in the NFL. I bring a lot to the table that words can only begin to express. Former and current team members are elevated when working with me. How so you might ask? I believe everyone is unique and can bring forth various approaches in solving a problem; this should be encouraged and enriched, no one should feel excluded from the process if they are willing to contribute. As a senior software engineer with experience in leading teams and architecting systems, I have found that when everyone contributes the product succeeds, this is a vital element in the platforms I have participated in building and deploying. I do not back down from complex workflows and desirable features, I elevate. I constantly learn and am excited about what is new and cutting edge. I strive to be the best I can be for myself and for my organization. I will be a vital asset for your company and its goals while striving to make the culture innovative and exciting. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile.

Episodes of Care - A tool designed for finance personnel within a hospital to help understand metrics related to each of their service lines. These metrics drill down to the claim level providing details for a given provider. This tool is designed to help personnel understand if their spending is below or above the service’s target price. This product was built using .net core 2.0 and .net standard for its services. The front-end was built using angular 6 and ngrx for state management. The product would undergo various approvals across five different environments. Three of the environments were internal. The environments were deployed to using TeamCity for the build server and octopus deploy for deployments. I developed the initial architecture for the product following domain-driven design principles and mediatr as a tool for decoupling dependencies. Additionally, I oversaw the dev-ops aspects of this product while managing the Azure subscription.
Population Health - This product provides patient insights related to health risk, payer information and a historical timeline that captured the outcomes of their provider visits. The tool sliced this data across various spend categories. In order for the data to be rendered to the UI it would undergo various processing steps from a raw format to a tabular format. This product was built using .net core 2.2. The front-end was built using angular 6 and ngrx for state management. Similar to the above product, I created multiple environments for stakeholders to sign off on

Identity Server - Going from an on-premise environment to cloud-based required a rewrite of IDOL’s authentication for their distributed systems. Identity Server made the most sense given its extensibility and open-source community. I was tasked with connecting more than 15 distributed systems to a single point of authentication. The system was under CI/CD using Azure Dev ops. The service was connected to Azure Active Directory (AAD) and was capable of handling multi-tenancy. The product supported authentication for other States including Vermont and Iowa.
Elephant Talk Communications

Cloud BSS/OSS - Elephant Talk (ET) was a major partner of Vodafone in Europe. ET developed a system that managed network connectivity for mobile phones, routers, etc. ET was in need of a cloud-based system to sit on top of their network. This would drive a broader reach for market acquisition. The system took 2 years to develop and I lead the engineering team in doing so. The team was made up of 16 individuals, 4 testers, 12 developers, and 2 of the developers were seniors. The client was built using Angular 2 for the front end. .Net Web API for the back end and a facade to support integration with legacy systems. The system is hosted within Azure and uses Jenkins with Octopus Deploy for CI/CD.
