Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a profession sale coach, trainer, and have trained hundreds of salespeople, teams, entrepreneurs, and business owners, all over the world how to improve their skills, and increase sales production. The key to becoming successful today is you need to learn how to build better relationships with your clients, generating more trust with them by understanding their wants, needs, and desires, identifying their pain points, and you need to be able to do all of this without your clients becoming obvious to your techniques. Then, you provide your solution and close the sale. That's why I teach a new 12-step sales process, which not only builds trust and confidence in your client towards you, but more so, your clients sell themselves, instead of you needing to do the hard sell. I also teach this philosophy that instead of acting like a salesperson with your client, which is what they are expecting you to do. You need to become your client’s friend, confidant and advisor. This will ensure an easier sale, leading to more repeat business and referrals because you have a happier client. Now when it comes to handling prospect's objection I have created an 8-step formula, which is guaranteed to handle any objection, regardless of the product, client or whether you sell on the phone or face to face. So, if you or your team is struggling with effective handling objections skills, then this is where I can help you! I have studied hundreds of salespeople, sales calls, and clients, so I can gain a better understanding to why they become defensive with the fight or flight mode mentality, during the closing phase. Based on this knowledge, I was able to create the Handling Objection Octagon formula. I have also created a 20-hour sales course called “Ultimate Sales Course Academy”, and have a vast library of closing techniques, scripts, power closes etc. However, I really prefer to tailor new ones based on my client' s needs, instead of rehashing things, which might not work for them. Sales Slump – Low Production Now one of the most important services I specialize in is helping salespeople, individuals and company’s “Key People” get out of a sales slump or low production. I do this in a variety of ways with my focus on analyzing their sales ratios. Based on this information, I will be able to quickly identify where the problem lies and then provide sound solutions. This is why I am confident I can improve any individual or sales teams results, within a short period of time. Real World Experience For the last 20 years I have managed, set-up and run sales teams and call centers for major 5-star hotel chains all over the world. Ritz Carlton Japan, Shangri-Group Philippines, Hilton Hotel Malaysia, Hard Rock Bali, Intercontinental Hong Kong, Taj Hotel South Africa, Midland Hotel Manchester, just to name a few. My last client was the Shangri La Hotel group in Philippines, where they were averaging 25 sales per week, after making some major in-house changes to their membership program. Within, 2.5 years, I generated 25,000 sales, with a sales team of less than 15. High Ticket Closer I am also a high-ticket closer and have experience with selling many products from Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Memberships Programs and many more.
