JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise a staff of 15-20 Call Center Representatives ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and the effective retrieval of requested records from various locations nationwide. Standardize procedures to improve the work efficiency of subordinates and set smart performance goals to increase the productivity of the location management teams. Monitor individual and team performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Coach, develop, and recognize employees' achievements.
