I am Kristine from Armenia. I consider myself confident, goal-oriented, honest, hardworking, quick to learn, and communicative. Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to achieve some things I’m really proud of — here are a few highlights. When I joined TNT Express, I had no previous experience in cargo transport. Still, within my first month, I successfully organized the air shipment of about 4.5 tons of cargo from Belgorod to Thailand. Later, when FedEx acquired TNT Express, I took on the responsibility of teaching all my clients how to use the new FedEx system. Thanks to my support, they were able to place cargo orders independently and contacted me only if they had issues. I consistently handled the company’s most difficult challenges quickly and effectively. Later, I started working remotely for a trucking company in the United States. At first, my limited English was a challenge, but I studied on my own and improved quickly. After six months, I was promoted to director. I believe my quick learning and strong sense of responsibility helped me succeed in that role. Right now, I’m working as an After-Sales Assistant at Porsche Center Armenia, where I started on August 1, 2025. When I first joined, I noticed that some important processes had been overlooked — for example, the inventory of special tools hadn’t been done in over 20 years. I took the initiative and completed that inventory myself. I also realized that many team members didn’t know how to use the CRM system or manage customer surveys for after-sales service. I took the time to learn the system, organized all the client information, and helped the team understand how to use it properly. Now, in addition to my after-sales duties, I’m also supporting the logistics side of the business. I really enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems, and improving processes wherever I can.Communication skills
