I am a mature career orientated, hardworking and reliable individual who has many years of experience working in mainly customer service, sales, management and administrative roles. I have an Associate degree in Administrative Professional Office Management and I am looking for an opportunity to gain more experience in this particular field but will also be willing to offer my services in other areas previously mentioned. Organization and prioritizing workloads are some of my strengths to name a few. I can multi-task and work both as part of a team and independently. I am an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with excellent planning and follow-up skills. Retail banking is an industry where I served for over eighteen years. I performed several roles in my tenure, including Teller, Customer Service and Sales Executive, Personal Lending and Business Advisor, Team Leader and Branch Manager. On an ongoing basis, I would respond to queries, emails and any concerns that were brought to my attention. I would also be involved in data entry, scheduling appointments and managing calendars to name a few. Overseas, I have worked for the past fourteen years for both shipping and security companies, in areas such as customer service, sales, management and administration. I have been involved in many customer service, sales and administrative duties throughout my career, including interviewing clients, processing applications, data entry, performing sales calls, handling business correspondence and composing and responding to emails paying particular attention to detail at all times. I have experience using CRM technology such as Zendesk and HubSpot to interact with my clients and co-workers and am willing to learn other programs should those mentioned not be your preference. I am also accustomed to using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including docs, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. I have recently acquired a Certificate of Achievement in Quickbooks Online Bookkeeping and can now assist in that area too. Being an adaptable individual with excellent communication skills and added to my many years of administrative and customer service experience, I’m quite confident that I will be able to assist you in any area that you envisage.
